Working towards becoming fit and healthy is all about forming better habits. The efforts we make to achieve our fitness goals can be hampered by the unusual habits we have. Only motivation can get us for far because as we all know, some days finding motivation is impossible. But when we are in the habit of doing something, we do it because it’s a part of our routine. Not because we are motivated for that at that time. Even minor bad habits and negative thoughts can unintentionally prepare us for failure, even when we are working hard to succeed. I like to think of it this way. When you’re motivated, follow your healthy habits. And then on days when you’re not motivated, do it as your daily routine. This goes for eating healthy and living an active lifestyle. Below is a list of healthy habits of people that I’ve observed healthy people possess.
